If this sounds like you, you're in the right place.

You can focus sometimes, but not reliably on demand.

You start tasks, then lose the thread before finishing.

Your systems work for a while, then stop working.

Stress or overwhelm knocks your attention offline.

You want data-guided training, not another generic productivity plan.

The first step is a conversation, not a diagnosis. We look at what is happening, what you have tried, and whether brain mapping and training make sense.

You start strong, then fade by noon.

You jump between tasks but struggle to finish them.

Focus comes in bursts — not when you need it.

You're not lazy. Your brain just won't cooperate.

That's not a motivation problem. It's a regulation problem.

Why what you've tried hasn't stuck.

Planners, apps, discipline, medication — they all assume a brain that can regulate on demand.

For many people with ADHD-related attention challenges, regulation does not reliably show up on demand. Not because they are not trying, but because the underlying pattern does not hold.

That is not simply a willpower problem. It can reflect trainable regulation patterns — and neurofeedback and neurostimulation are designed to support that training.

Start with a 20-minute fit check.

We will talk through what is happening, what you have tried, and whether QEEG-guided neurofeedback makes sense for your goals.

No pressure. No diagnosis. Just a clear next step.

HOW WE HELP

We work with your brain, not against it.

We look at how your brain regulates under load.

QEEG shows resting brain patterns. ERP shows how your brain responds during attention and decision-making tasks. Together, they help guide neurofeedback and neurostimulation training so the work fits your system instead of following a template.

This is personalized brain training and support. It is not diagnosis, medication, or medical treatment.

We train regulation directly.

Neurofeedback shows your brain what it's doing in real time, so it can learn to do something different. Neurostimulation goes further — using gentle electrical or light-based cues to help reach patterns that feedback alone can't shift. No fixed protocols. Training adapts as your nervous system changes.

Progress compounds instead of fading.

We reassess as your brain changes, and adjust training as your system responds. Progress can build over time.

WHAT CHANGES

What progress actually feels like.

Focus holds longer.

Attention stops fighting you. Tasks that used to take willpower start happening without the internal battle.

Stress stops accumulating.

Your nervous system learns to recover instead of just endure. Pressure resolves instead of compounding.

Follow-through returns.

Daily life takes less effort to maintain. Many clients report steadier sleep, steadier mood, and more capacity left at the end of the day.

"Tasks that used to take effort suddenly felt effortless. Productivity stopped being a fight."

— Conner

"Within three weeks, I went from barely functioning to completing most of my work."

— Jonathan

"Instead of a generic protocol, I got a plan tailored to my brain. The shift was immediate: calmer, clearer, and moving forward."

— Michael

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you decide.

Can this work alongside other care?

Yes. Many clients use neurofeedback alongside other forms of support. Peak Mind does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment. Medical decisions belong with a licensed healthcare provider. Our work is personalized brain training and regulation support.

How long before I notice changes?

Most people notice shifts within the first 5–10 sessions. A typical course runs 20–40 sessions, depending on your brain's response and goals.

What does a first session look like?

Just a conversation. Twenty minutes, no forms, no commitment. We talk about what's going on, what you've tried, and whether this makes sense for you. If it does, the next step is brain mapping — a QEEG to see your brain's resting patterns, and an ERP to see how it performs under load. From there, everything is based on what we see.

What does it cost?

A typical intensive runs around $4,500. That covers brain mapping, a personalized protocol, and a full course of training. Most people who find their way here have already invested significant time and money in approaches that helped, but not enough. We walk through cost, timing, and fit during your free consultation — no surprises.

Do I need a diagnosis to start?

No. A formal ADHD diagnosis can provide context, but it is not required. We map regulation patterns directly and use that data to guide training. Peak Mind does not diagnose ADHD or any medical condition.

In-person or remote?

Both. Our practice is in San Francisco. Many protocols can also be delivered remotely with home equipment. We figure out which approach makes sense during the consultation.
