QEEG-guided neurofeedback and neurostimulation for adults with ADHD · San Francisco · In-person + remote
You start strong, then fade by noon.
You jump between tasks but struggle to finish any of them.
Focus comes in bursts — not when you need it.
You're trying hard. Your brain isn't cooperating.
That's not a motivation problem. It's a regulation problem.
Why what you've tried hasn't stuck.
Planners, apps, discipline, medication — they all assume a brain that can regulate on demand.
With ADHD, it can't. Not because you're not trying. Because the underlying pattern won't hold.
That's not a willpower problem. It's a brain pattern — and neurofeedback and neurostimulation can train it to shift.
HOW WE HELP
We work with your brain, not against it.
We understand how your brain is regulating.
We use two kinds of brain mapping. QEEG captures your brain's resting architecture — where the patterns are stuck. ERP captures your brain in motion — how it actually performs when you're doing a task, making a decision, switching between demands. Together, they show us what's really happening. Not a checklist. Your data.
We train regulation directly.
Neurofeedback shows your brain what it's doing in real time, so it can learn to do something different. Neurostimulation goes further — using gentle electrical or light-based cues to help reach patterns that feedback alone can't shift. No fixed protocols. Training adapts as your nervous system changes.
Progress compounds instead of fading.
We reassess as your brain changes. This is training, not treatment — and the gains build on each other over time.
WHAT CHANGES
What progress actually feels like.
Focus holds longer.
Attention stops fighting you. Tasks that used to take willpower start happening without the internal battle.
Stress stops accumulating.
Your nervous system learns to recover instead of just endure. Pressure resolves instead of compounding.
Follow-through returns.
Daily life requires less effort to maintain. Sleep deepens. Mood stabilizes. Capacity compounds.
"Tasks that used to take effort suddenly felt effortless. Productivity stopped being a fight."
— Conner
"Within three weeks, I went from barely functioning to completing most of my work — and reducing medication."

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you decide.
How is this different from medication?
Medication adjusts your chemistry. Neurofeedback trains the underlying regulatory pattern. They work at different levels — and many people use both. We're not anti-medication. We're pro-regulation. Some clients reduce medication over time as their brain learns to do more of the work itself. That's always a conversation with your prescriber, not something we push.
How long before I notice changes?
Most people notice shifts within the first 5–10 sessions. A typical course runs 20–40 sessions, depending on your brain's response and goals.
What does a first session look like?
Just a conversation. Twenty minutes, no forms, no commitment. We talk about what's going on, what you've tried, and whether this makes sense for you. If it does, the next step is brain mapping — a QEEG to see your brain's resting patterns, and an ERP to see how it performs under load. From there, everything is based on what we see.
What does it cost?
A typical intensive runs around $4,500. That covers brain mapping, a customized protocol, and a full course of training. Most people who find their way here have already invested significant time and money in approaches that helped with symptoms but didn't reach the source. This is designed to be the last thing you need to try. We walk through cost, timing, and fit during your free consultation — no surprises.
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
No. We map your brain's patterns directly. A formal ADHD diagnosis can provide helpful context, but it's not required — and it's not what we base training decisions on.
In-person or remote?
Both. Our practice is in San Francisco. Many protocols can also be delivered remotely with home equipment. We figure out which approach makes sense during the consultation.
No personality change. Just your natural ability coming back.
Start with a conversation.
You don't need to decide anything today. If this resonates, let's talk and see whether this work makes sense for you.
